Francisco Caputo is a founding partner of CBS based in Brasilia. He acts in high-risk cases and advises companies and financial institutions on a range of public and private matters. He is a Federal Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB (2019 - 2022) and a member of the National Council of Justice - CNJ. He is former president of the Federal District Bar Association - OAB/DF (2010-2012) and was a member of the Council of the Republic (2018-2021).
