Founded by brothers Gustavo and Francisco Caputo on September 07, 2010, Caputo, Bastos e Serra is a law firm based in Brasília, with branches in São Paulo, Recife and Goiânia.

CBS provides high quality services to national and international clients on a variety of legal matters, specializing in complex cases, High Courts proceedings and administrative litigation before federal bodies such as Regulatory Agencies, the National Justice Council – CNJ, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE, the Federal Court of Accounts - TCU, etc.
