In this regard, the firm does not tolerate any form of bribery, corruption, discrimination, or harassment in its operations. Compliance with the rules established in our Code of Conduct and associated policies, as well as applicable laws, is mandatory. These form part of the Compliance System overseen by the Compliance Officer, ensuring proper functioning with authority, independence, and the necessary resources for continuous improvement. This includes applying appropriate penalties for non-compliance through an impartial, confidential, good-faith investigation process without retaliation.

- Failure to comply with the Anti-Corruption Policy and management system requirements will result in disciplinary actions as per current laws.
